Activities

The program offers participants curriculum vouchers after attending 15 hours of training and for receiving a family child care license. Developmentally appropriate toys and/or items for the caregiver’s home are available at each workshop. Technical assistance is also offered to all participants. Workshop titles for this year include: “Easy Craft Activities”, “Making Good Food Choices”, “Helping Children Get Along”, “Family Child Care Business Practices”, ‘Setting Up Your Home for Child Care”, “Science and Math Activities”, ‘Literacy and Storytelling”, and “Home Safety”.
